To celebrate the hiring of several new nurses as well as updating existing staff portraits, Friends of the Cancer Centre in the Belfast City Hospital had me along for a photography session.
During what seemed to be the hottest day of 2023 we picked what was effectively a greenhouse to take the pictures in. The corridor below connects the cancer centre to the main hospital building. It's mostly metal and glass so was absolutely roasting inside.
Happy with these portraits considering the circumstances with the high interior heat. I reckon it was easily 25c - 30c in here during the 1 hour session.
Friends of the Cancer Centre will use these portraits all over their social media as well as in reports and various publications.
